VON DE GUZMÁN is a film composer based in Manila. With a Bachelor of Music  in Composition from the University of the Philippines and a Master of Fine Arts in Musical Theater Writing from New York University, he is highly experienced in writing music for film, television, theater, and advertising. He strives to create the perfect soundscape for every project he is involved in, and is constantly pushing boundaries in his music compositions.

 

In addition, he has participated in an intensive two-week film music masterclass in Klosterneuburg, Austria headed by the legendary Hollywood  composer and orchestrator, Conrad Pope. This immersive experience has given him the opportunity to learn from and interact with some of the world’s most promising cinematic composers.

VON has written music for over 80 films and has won several awards. His work has been featured in various film festivals around the globe.
